In the game, you assume the role of Frank, the central character who spent 18 years behind bars before being unexpectedly set free for reasons that remain a mystery. The world he returns to is not as he left it. The city is now under the sway of a powerful individual, and its streets are rife with gang activity, particularly the distribution of a novel synthetic drug called Mirage. The city's sex workers no longer greet you with a smile, and the local shopkeepers are forced into paying protection money.

You might be tempted to simply escape the chaos of city life and seek solitude. If that aligns with who you are, then perhaps you can stop reading here. However, our protagonist isn't built that way. He has an innate drive to excel at everything. If he lacks something, he will not hesitate to take it from others, and it's inadvisable to cross him.

As you navigate the game, the city's struggles for power become your playground. Relationships with various women will become a critical aspect of your new life, with plenty of opportunities forming part of your journey.

Luxury awaits with the finest women, money, and cars at your disposal. But first, Frank needs a job. After his ex-girlfriend took off with his money and her two daughters in tow, part of his mission is to track her down and reclaim his funds. Frank finds employment at a private college - a bastion for young students - where he encounters a pair of sisters who were abandoned by their father in their youth. Frank steps into this void, offering them the love and support of the father figure they lost.
