Npc Tales: The Shopkeeper [Android]

NPC Tales: The Shopkeeper offers a tech demo that provides a sneak peek into a broader project centered around a free-use fantasy concept where the boundaries between reality and gaming mechanics blur, and NPCs come to life in unexpected ways. In this game, you find yourself in a universe populated by characters who behave like typical NPCs, responding only when game mechanics are activated. However, as the player, you have the unique ability to transcend these limitations and interact with the world beyond standard gameplay. By blending free-use mechanics with RPG elements, players will advance through the story and engage with characters in intimate ways. This demo serves as a preview of the mechanics we plan to implement in the full game. Currently, the demo features one character and includes most of the planned mechanics for the full game. The complete version will introduce multiple characters, a comprehensive story, and additional RPG elements. Hone your thief skills to pickpocket NPCs undetected, learn spells to enhance interactions with other characters, increase your charm stats to seduce others, and discover many more mechanics we have in store!
