You and your best friend are relocating to Kredon, renowned for its top-tier educational institutions where you plan to further your education. Yet in Kredon, the buzz is all about one thing: ETERNUM. This virtual, hyper-realistic MMORPG took the tech world by storm a few years back.

Equipped with a neural implant that simulates all five senses, the line between Eternum's game environment and reality blurs to nonexistence. Its numerous servers host an array of realms, from vibrant, spellbound fantasy lands to murky, futuristic urban sprawls—no realm is too far-fetched.

However, beneath its enchanting veneer lies a grim underbelly of illicit activities: black market dealings, in-game violence, digital sexual assaults, illegal trading of content, unauthorized congregations, cybersecurity breaches...
